New clients will have deposit on color services over a certain amount. You will see such fee at time of booking appt.
My appointment app will send a confirmation text to confirm, change or reschedule your appointment at 3 days (72 hours) out from your appointment.
Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
If you NO SHOW, you will be charged 100% of your services booked!
Show up on time….
To avoid unfair delays to other clients, and or myself, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule, this will be at my discretion and appointment may be done but if not, we may have to reschedule.
My salon app will send out confirmations and reminders...I can't stress enough to please watch your emails and or texts for when the app does send out the notification!
All appointments must be confirmed prior to your service, or they will be considered void and cancelled out, so please confirm.
