Some of the services may have deposits to book.
New client color waivers and color info forms need to be filled out when booking.
The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment.
My appointment app will send a confirmation text to confirm, change or reschedule your appointment at 3 days (72 hours) out from your appointment.
Each client’s appointment is important to me. I want to give your service the time and attention it deserves.
Due to clients that have had to cancel last minute their day of appointment, or less than 24 hours, I have unfortunately had to implement this policy.
I kindly request if you must cancel or change appointment to allow me 48 hours to avoid charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will/may result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will/may be charged the full 100% of the total service cost.
Any fees paid for these cancellations will carry over to the next appointment, and deducted from service cost, provided it has been rescheduled in a timely manner.
If no rescheduling is made, the cancellation fee is non-refundable.
I understand illness and emergencies happen and I will allow no fees at certain times.
But please understand when I have no one in my chair I make no money and last min cancellations are hard to fill!
If you NO SHOW, you will be charged 100% of your services booked!
I currently do not ask you for me to hold a "card on file" so with the above-mentioned fees per cancellation policy, I will send an invoice to be paid.
If no such invoice is paid
you will not be allowed to book again unless such fee is paid.
**Show up on time**
If you are a new client, make sure you know where I am located prior to service.
Salon is very easy to find, and I am located inside TWISTED SCISSORS SALON
To avoid unfair delays to other clients, and or myself, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule, this will be at my discretion and appointment may be done but if not, we may have to reschedule.
My salon app will send out confirmations and reminders...I can't stress enough to please watch your emails and or texts for when the app does send out the notification!
All appointments must be confirmed prior to your service, or they will be considered void and cancelled out, so please confirm.
No refunds on any service only corrections if need be and only within a week time frame.
All forms of payment accepted.
