*New Client Deposits*
A non-refundable deposit that goes towards service is required to book and confirm appointments for new clients on some color services. That fee will be seen in your appointment screen when booking appointment.
The deposit is used as a guarantee for your appointment and will be applied toward the cost of your service.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
36 hour notice is kindly required in the event you need to cancel or reschedule. The online app allows your own changing of that , if less than that you need to contact me This allows me time to hopefully fill the spot left available.
No-call/ No-show!, if deposit was made, it will be kept and non refundable, an additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment. Any clients new or regular may be required to pay a deposit prior to next service.
Cancellations last min may require deposit for next appt.
RESCHEDULING / LATE POLICY
To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and deposit will carry over, if such payment was made if no such appointment rebooked , deposit will be kept by salon. If you cancel day of and have done prior , at my discretion deposit may be required for future appointment, this goes for any service scheduled.

All appointments must be confirmed prior to your service, or they will be considered void and cancelled out, so please confirm.
Unfortunately, due to a lot of last min cancellations and or no shows, I have to do this!
I have a business to run and I feel if your serious about your hair, and my time and value of services., this is understandable for both of us. :)
